Schmucker Middle School students had a sweet way to give back to a great cause! As part of a fun and charitable event, students donated money to vote for which teachers and administrators would get a pie in the face. The fundraiser supported Riley Children’s Hospital, a cause close to the hearts of many in the community.
At the end of each lunch period, the highly anticipated pie-throwing took place, bringing plenty of laughter and excitement. Teachers and administrators graciously took the pies in stride, all in the name of charity.
In total, the event raised more than $600 for Riley Children’s Hospital, showing the generosity and school spirit of Schmucker’s students. This fun-filled fundraiser was not only a great way to engage students but also a meaningful effort to support children in need.
