This morning at Schmucker Middle School's 8th grade graduation, Superintendent Dr. Jerry Thacker recognized PHM's Secondary Teacher of the Year Mr. L.A. High who couldn't be at the P-H-M Employee Recognition Dinner. Mr. High was chaperoning the 8th grade DC Field Trip.
