The Spartan Cross Country season will begin with the first practice for 7th and 8th graders on August 15th from 8:30 – 9:30am. The 6th graders will have their first practice on August 16th from 8:30 – 9:30am. Runners and parents should enter Door M (North lot, down the ramp). There will be a short parent meeting each day. In order to practice, runners MUST HAVE A PHYSICAL ON FILE. Runners will run a timed mile the first day of practice. Please condition before our season begins.
